This piece is made in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, by a seamstresses who decided to set up her own factory with the objective of practicing fair remuneration and good labor practices.

The brand prioritizes natural fabrics such as silk, cotton and 100% linen, which are biodegradable, and since 2017 it has abolished the use of polyester and only buys supplies from companies that have certifications that guarantee a production with less impact on the environment. Since its foundation, Wasabi has hired manufacturing companies that offer fair remuneration and good labor practices.
