Exchange & Returns


Return Policy

Returned items must comply with our returns policy:

  • Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.
  • Bags and accessories must be returned with the original branded boxes and dust bags, where provided, and placed inside a protective outer box for shipping.
  • If an item has a security tag or brand tag attached, it must be returned with the tag in its original position.
  • Beauty and cosmetic products must be returned unopened and unused, with the seals of any packaging still intact.
  • Resort wear items must be returned with the hygiene seals attached and in unopened and undamaged product packaging, where applicable.

Please take care when trying on your purchases and return them in the same condition you received them. Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.

If you would like to return or cancel an item that has been Pre-ordered, please view our ‘Customised Items’ and ‘Pre-order items’ sections below for further information or contact Customer Service for assistance.

Returns Process

Returning an item couldn’t be easier. Try your purchases on in the comfort of your own home and if you need to send them back, you have 14 days from the date you received your order to exchange or return.

To arrange for a return, please email us on info@leneuf34.com and we will guide you through the return process.

Returns shipping charges are complimentary on all exchanges, although customers are responsible for taxes and duties.

Customised Items

Due to the nature of customised orders, and the fact that they have been specially created for you, we will not be able to accept returns unless the customised pieces were damaged or faulty when delivered to you.

Pre-order Items

Pre-order items can be returned for a refund only, due to the fact that they are produced upon request, we will not be able to offer an exchange.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and accepted by our designer member, your refund will be completed via the original payment method, excluding the delivery costs within a period of 1 month. We’ll keep you updated every step of the way. You can follow the return of your package with our carrier using the tracking number on your Returns Label, or you can get in touch with us at info@leneuf34.com for any queries on your return request.

Faulty items

It is our aim that every item arrives in great condition and we hope you’re always thrilled with your purchase. If you receive an item in a flawed or damaged condition, or if it doesn’t quite match the description on site, please advise Customer Service at info@leneuf34.com as soon as possible. Where possible we will arrange for a new replacement to be sent to you or a return for a full refund of the defective item.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item please send us an email at info@leneuf34.com with the details of the exchange and we will guide you through the exchange process. Please note that Pre-Order and Customized items cannot be exchanged, they can only be refunded.
